Director of Healthcare Architecture Opportunity

We are excited to be working with a long-established architectural practice, specialising in healthcare architecture, as they look to appoint a new Director. This opportunity arises due to the planned retirement of the current directors, offering a unique chance to step into a well-positioned and successful business with strong foundations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and nurture existing relationships and projects while driving growth by developing new clients and securing exciting new projects.
  • Grow and manage a team, inspiring and mentoring talent within the business.
  • Be part of a business that values its legacy and is excited about the future, with the backing of a highly experienced team and an enviable portfolio of projects.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have an extensive background working on healthcare schemes, with a proven track record of delivering complex hospital and medical projects. You will be responsible for leading and developing Healthcare Architectural Projects, and will be part of a business that values its people, its projects, and its future.
