About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director to join our team at Planning Recruitment Limited. As a Director of Healthcare Architecture, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future direction of our practice and driving business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare architecture, with a proven track record of delivering complex hospital and medical projects. You will be responsible for leading and developing healthcare architectural projects, maintaining and nurturing existing relationships, and driving growth by developing new clients and securing exciting new projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop healthcare architectural projects
  • Maintain and nurture existing relationships and projects
  • Drive growth by developing new clients and securing exciting new projects
  • Grow and manage a team, inspiring and mentoring talent within the business
  • Develop a strong strategic mindset to drive the business forward while maintaining its reputation for excellence
