Job Overview:

First Military Recruitment is working in partnership with a business to recruit a Qualified Flying Instructor on a permanent basis due to growth. As a Qualified Flying Instructor, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. Delivering army flying grading on behalf of the MoD to selected Army students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete end of course reports
  • Actively encourage and maintain a culture of military ethos throughout 6 FTS and embrace the Student Care Directives
  • Maintain the highest level of safety and quality throughout the 6 FTS operation
  • Deliver high-quality training to Army students
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of the 6 FTS
  • Contribute to the development of training programs and materials
