Role Overview:Your position will be central to our pet care centres, ensuring our customers enjoy an exceptional experience that fosters loyalty to our esteemed brands. As a Retail Pet Care Associate, you will play a vital role in our success.
Your responsibilities include:
- Exceeding customer expectations daily.
- Maintaining the highest standards of pet care.
- Ensuring operational excellence.
- Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
We are looking for individuals who are:
- Passionate about delivering outstanding service.
- Flexible in their availability, as the retail environment requires adaptability across all seven days of the week.
- Experienced in customer-facing roles, preferably in target-driven settings.
You will undergo six months of comprehensive training covering essential aspects of the role, including pet handling, customer service, and health and safety protocols.
