Pet Grooming Stylist or Trainee Stylist

Compensation:
Stylist (Pet Groomer) £11.84 per hour / Trainee Stylist (Assistant Groomer) £11.44 per hour

Role Responsibilities
Our Grooming Stylists and Trainee Stylists play a vital role in the success of our grooming salons.

Grooming Stylist:

You will oversee all aspects of pet grooming, ensuring a comprehensive and high-quality grooming experience. Your role will involve exceeding customer expectations through exceptional service and communication with pet owners.

Trainee Stylist:

You will provide top-notch pet care while learning the essential grooming techniques, including handling, equipment usage, and pre-grooming preparations.

We will equip you with the necessary training and skills to deliver service that aligns with our vision of being the 'Best Pet Care Business in the World'.

You will receive competitive pay, with opportunities to earn the Real Living Wage (or more) through our Earn As You Learn training programs, as well as potential pay supplements for additional training.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• A passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts across six days a week, with a minimum contract of 39 hours.
• Experience in handling dogs in a professional grooming or pet care setting is preferred.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous.
• A willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
