  • Aiding the Class Teacher: Collaborate with the class teacher to plan and implement engaging lessons, contributing to the overall educational experience.
  • Commitment to the School Community: Demonstrate a commitment to the wider life of the school and the community, fostering positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
  • Safeguarding: Uphold the school's policies and procedures for safeguarding pupils, ensuring their well-being and safety at all times.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications and Experience: Hold relevant qualifications or experience as a Teaching Assistant, with a strong understanding of the EYFS/KS1 Curriculum and methods to support this.
  • Behaviour Management: Possess strong behaviour management skills, with a strong classroom presence and awareness of school policies.
  • Flexibility: Demonstrate flexibility in working with children of differing abilities, ensuring high attainment in the class.
