Job Title: Solicitor/Legal Executive (Cilex)

Location: Hybrid

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Solicitor (ideally 2+ years' PQE) to join our nationally recognised Court of Protection team. As a key member of our Health and Welfare team, you will be responsible for managing a mixed caseload across a variety of matters, including funding streams for packages of care, continuing health care, and local authority funding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of Court of Protection matters, including health and welfare cases
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including vulnerable individuals and their families
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure effective case management and client care
  • Contribute to the development of the Court of Protection team and the firm's overall strategy

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' PQE in Court of Protection or related field
  • Experience of managing a caseload of complex health and welfare cases
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
