Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced retail professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager at Carvela, a luxury footwear brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Managing store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and stock control
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers
  • Ensuring a high level of store presentation and maintaining a clean and organized store environment

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous retail management experience, preferably in a luxury or fashion-forward environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a personalized and engaging experience
  • Proven ability to drive sales and achieve business targets, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
  • Impeccable presentation and attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining a high level of store presentation
