Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Carvela, Metro Gateshead. As a key member of our retail management team, you will be responsible for driving sales, leading a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of retail sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Manage store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and stock control
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance
  • Ensure a safe and secure working environment for all employees and customers
Requirements
  • Previous retail management experience, preferably in a luxury fashion brand
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Impeccable presentation and attention to detail
