We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Administrator to join our team at Utilise Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting and compiling data related to purchasing activities, including supplier information, pricing, inventory levels, and purchasing trends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and compile data from various sources, including suppliers, inventory systems, and purchasing databases.
  • Analyse data to identify patterns, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases or spreadsheets to track and monitor purchasing data.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy by conducting regular audits.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and insights to stakeholders.

Requirements:
