Health and Safety Manager
**Job Summary**
Irwin and Colton Limited is seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and leading contractors to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of health and safety across a new infrastructure construction project in the Stoke area.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage and lead contractors to achieve health and safety goals
* Conduct gap analysis to identify root causes and implement recommendations
* Audit and report on health and safety performance
* Continuously assess opportunities for health and safety improvements and share best practices
**Requirements**
* Proven experience in a similar role within construction, civil engineering, or a related industry
* Hold a NEBOSH Certificate and ideally another level 6 health and safety qualification, or be a Graduate Member of IOSH (GradIOSH) status
* A NEBOSH / NCRQ certificate or equivalent
