About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead our transformational change initiatives across the JD Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex programmes of work designed to deliver business benefit and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead programmes of work to desired outcomes, working closely with senior stakeholders to design and deliver transformational change activity.
  • Manage teams of Project Managers and Business Analysts on a matrix basis, ensuring programmes are adequately resourced to deliver on time and to the appropriate level of quality.
  • Develop and maintain programme plans, manage change requests, and resolve programme-level risks and issues.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, Programme Directors, Project Managers, Business Analysts, operational teams, technology teams, and suppliers to implement our strategy and enhance our market-leading customer offering.
Requirements
  • Extensive programme and project management experience in large, complex business environments.
  • Previous experience in an omnichannel retail environment is highly advantageous.
  • Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, and warehousing transformational change is required.
  • Experience in a matrix environment with dynamic resource allocation.
  • Comfortable in environments where priorities can change rapidly and the need for flexibility and the ability to re-focus is important.
