**Job Description:**

We are seeking a Support Practitioner to join our team in Dundee. As a Support Practitioner, you will work with individuals who have a wide range of support needs, providing them with practical and emotional support and encouraging them to achieve their own personal outcomes in all aspects of their daily lives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide individualized support to adults with a wide range of needs
  • Work alongside individuals and as part of a team to promote independence and choice
  • Support individuals in accessing everyday life experiences, including education, employment, and social activities
  • Develop relationships and maintain a home with individuals
  • Work in partnership with service users, their families, health teams, social work teams, and advocacy

**Requirements:**

  • No previous working experience is needed; full training will be provided
  • IT skills are required for all our vacancies
  • Successful candidates will be required to register with the SSSC within 6 months of start date
