About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Surveyor to join our team at Anglian Home Improvements. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for verifying customer requirements, providing accurate measurements and drawings to facilitate a timely and successful installation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make arrangements with customers to carry out technical surveys in line with our survey completion targets
  • Travel within the region to undertake customer surveys, ensuring accurate measurements and drawings are provided in line with our Right First Time methodology
  • Confirm with customers all details and designs ordered are suitable, ensuring they are happy to proceed and have a full understanding of what they have ordered
  • Liaise with the wider Anglian team, reporting any discrepancies or changes that need to be made after surveying the customer's property
  • Input survey details onto the survey network and order materials as required
  • Deal with any issues or changes that may occur in a timely manner

Requirements

  • Customer Focus, with excellent people and communication skills
  • NVQ level 3 in Surveying or equivalent experience of surveying in the window and door industry
  • Previous experience or equivalent qualification, of installing uPVC products
  • Proficient IT Skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multi-task, organise and be a good problem solver
  • Full driving licence
