We are seeking a skilled Scheduler to join our team at Wates, within our Responsive Maintenance division. As a Scheduler, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the work of our maintenance operatives, ensuring that our clients receive a high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating the scheduling of works into diaries for up to 20 operatives daily, ensuring that diaries are full and that immediate attention is given to allocate work to operatives when they become free.
  • Monitoring the system for emergencies and managing them in a timely manner to ensure targets are met.
  • Responding to telephone variations by seeking approval from the duty surveyor, allowing operatives to continue working on site until completion.
  • Providing a high-quality service to our clients on a face-to-face basis.
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve goals and targets, including daily targets of a minimum of 60 allocations for new orders.

We are looking for an individual with relevant experience gained from working in a similar industry and environment. If you have a strong background in maintenance planning and coordination, and are able to work effectively in a team, we would like to hear from you.
