Assistant Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

Brandon James Ltd, a reputable Quantity Surveying consultancy in Kent, is seeking a skilled Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a PQS/Consultancy background and a strong understanding of Quantity Surveying principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Quantity Surveying teams on a diverse range of projects, including education, mixed-use residential, commercial, retail fit-out, hotels, and healthcare.
  • Provide pre- and post-contract support on projects across the Southeast.
  • Assist in project management and contribute to the growth of the team.
Requirements:
  • Completed a Quantity Surveying or RICS-accredited degree.
  • Minimum 18 months of Quantity Surveying experience.
  • Experience within a PQS/Consultancy environment.
  • Commitment to achieving MRICS.
  • Strong pre-contract knowledge.
