Property Sales Consultant

Role Overview:
As a Property Sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in expanding our property portfolio and ensuring that our listings are consistently updated with premium, market-ready properties.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Property Valuation: Conduct thorough and professional property valuations to provide clients with accurate and competitive market insights.
  • Client Engagement: Identify and connect with potential clients through various outreach methods, including direct communication, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
  • Listing Preparation: Prepare and present detailed property information for listings, ensuring all data is precise, comprehensive, and attractive to prospective buyers.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to design and implement effective promotional strategies for new listings, utilizing both online and offline channels.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on local real estate market trends and developments to provide clients with informed advice and insights.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all activities adhere to relevant laws and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in property sales and listing is essential.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in property management software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the local real estate market and applicable regulations.

Compensation:
Basic salary of £22,500 along with a £5,000 car allowance. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:30 AM, with a requirement to work every other Saturday starting at 9:00 AM, resulting in a five-day work week with a day off in lieu.
