NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit is seeking a dedicated and organized Procurement Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role will provide essential administrative support to our procurement professionals, ensuring smooth operations and efficient delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the procurement team, including processing purchase requisitions and managing travel arrangements.
- Contribute to the successful execution of procurement projects by providing timely support to the Senior Procurement Manager.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to procurement activities, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors to facilitate seamless procurement processes.
