Travel Operations Executive Job Description

Gecko Travel Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel Operations Executive to join their team in West Sussex. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless tour operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate tour logistics, including itinerary creation and travel package development
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with internal and external suppliers to ensure smooth tour operations
  • Manage documentation, including itineraries, travel packages, and invoices

Requirements:

  • Passion for the travel and tourism industry
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
