**Job Summary**

Gecko Travel Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. As a Travel Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth execution of tours from confirmation to post-tour feedback.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide exceptional customer service at every stage of the tour, from confirmation to post-tour feedback.
  • Create accurate and detailed documentation, including itineraries, travel packages, and invoices.
  • Handle customer inquiries and liaise with internal and external suppliers in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless tour operations.

**Requirements:**

  • Passion for the travel and tourism industry.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
