Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage internal and client social media accounts across platforms like Facebook, X, Instagram, and LinkedIn, ensuring they're always buzzing with fresh, engaging content.
  • Work closely with the team to conceptualise and roll out strategic social media campaigns that align with client goals, and keep them in the loop with fresh ideas and exciting new content schedules.
  • Craft high-quality copy that captivates audiences and builds brand awareness, from sharp social media posts to informative blogs, eye-catching brochures, and more.
  • Nurture client relationships, offering strategic advice and ensuring that all campaigns hit the mark and reflect their unique brand voice.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in social media management and copywriting, with a proven track record of juggling multiple accounts with ease.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for crafting content that's grammatically perfect, creatively exciting, and tailored to specific audiences.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service and building relationships with clients.
