Credit Controller

We are seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join our team at KennedyPearce Consulting. As a key member of our Finance team, you will be responsible for managing collections activity, minimising debtor balances, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Credit Control: Daily credit control via telephone, letter, and email, maintaining accurate activity records.
- Reporting: Produce daily and monthly arrears reports for senior stakeholders and Board reporting purposes.
- Debt Collection: Manage external debt collection agencies and litigation cases as required.
- Customer Management: Manage customer queries and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Process Development: Develop and maintain collection processes and procedures, ensuring FCA compliance.
- General Administration: General lease administration of Own Book portfolio, including activating and terminating proposals.
- Collaboration: Close collaboration with other members of the Finance team and other departments.
- Experience: 3 Years+ previous credit control experience in a business-to-business environment.
- Education: Minimum GCSE English and Maths both grade B or above.
- Skills: Strong systems skills, including Microsoft Office, and excellent communication skills.
- Personal Qualities: Conscientious, accurate, and a 'can-do' attitude, with strong time management skills.
- Teamwork: Good team player with ability to engage at all levels.
