Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Expert to join our team at Siemens. As a key member of our Real Estate location management organization, you will be responsible for establishing and driving the attainment of P&L and asset targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a controller/financial partner to ensure timely cost and revenue recognition, in line with IFRS16 requirements.
  • Create monthly transparency on regional location performance and target achievement through comprehensive reporting and analysis of results.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis to support and drive business decision making and projects.
  • Evaluate business cases and facilitate the Investment Application process.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of financial markets, investment strategies, and risk management.
  • Drive goals and results-oriented initiatives with a passion for digitalisation in finance.
Requirements
  • Full qualification in a recognized finance accreditation (e.g. CIMA, ACCA, ACA from ICAEW).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of financial markets.
