Product Manager Job Description

Are you a seasoned product professional looking to take on a challenging role that will allow you to drive innovation and growth within a dynamic company?

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead the product vision, roadmap, and strategy to ensure alignment with market needs and company goals.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from conception to obsolescence, ensuring seamless communication and cooperation across departments.
  • Generate and own the New Product Development Funnel, driving product launches and growth.
  • Act as the liaison between various departments to ensure effective cooperation and collaboration.
  • Monitor competitor activity and propose product pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Support product positioning through traditional and digital marketing techniques, ensuring a strong brand presence.
  • Provide sales and operational forecasts for effective resource planning and allocation.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and act as their voice within the business.
  • Run Beta/Pilot programs and manage customer feedback to inform product development and improvement.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in product management with a track record of launching successful products.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage projects effectively.
  • Experience with consumer products, preferably in interior, home appliance, lifestyle, or home automation sectors.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Product Design, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Commercial acumen and the ability to present confidently and persuasively.
