Job Title: Finance Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team in the Central Region. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial support and guidance to the Supply Chain and Operations Division.

About the Role:
  • Provide financial analysis and interpretation of weekly and monthly reports to enable performance monitoring and enhancement.
  • Produce monthly management accounts and variance analysis.
  • Collaborate with non-finance management teams to provide weekly flash and monthly forecasts of depot costs and volumes.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs and volume on a weekly basis.
  • Develop and maintain budgets and forecasts to ensure cost control and financial stability.
  • Engage with management teams to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and underperformance.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for finance-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with Group policies and procedures.
  • Support ad-hoc projects and queries as required.
About You:

We are looking for a recently qualified accountant or a passed finalist with experience as a Finance Business Partner, Management Account, or Finance Analyst. You will have the confidence to deal with stakeholders at all levels and provide sound analytical insight. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential, and knowledge of SAP or Workday is advantageous.
