We are seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to fill the role of Pharmacy Manager at our private hospital in Chatham, Kent. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading our pharmacy team and ensuring the safe, appropriate, and cost-effective use of medicines.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exemplary pharmacy service in accordance with current legislation and clinical requirements
- Advise consultants, other clinicians, and patients on medication-related matters
- Ensure the safe management of medicines across the hospital and its departments
- Lead quality improvement projects and audits within the pharmacy
- Manage and motivate the pharmacy team to deliver high-quality services
- GPhC registration with no restrictions or conditions
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK
- At least 4 years of experience working as a Pharmacist in a hospital setting in the UK
- Managerial experience in a pharmacy setting in the UK is essential
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
