We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to join our team at Paydens Group of Pharmacies. As a vital member of our pharmacy operations, you will play a crucial role in supporting our pharmacists and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the dispensing of medications under the supervision of a pharmacist, maintaining accuracy and adherence to legal requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all patients feel heard, supported, and valued.
  • Contribute to the pharmacy team by maintaining an organized and efficient workflow.
  • Manage inventory by organizing stocking and ensuring the integrity of pharmaceuticals.
  • Utilize computer systems for processing prescriptions, managing stock levels, and handling customer queries.
  • Maintain a spotless and orderly pharmacy environment.
Requirements:
  • A foundation of pharmacy knowledge, with a preference for those holding an NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent experience.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, displaying warmth, empathy, and patience.
  • A keen eye for detail, ensuring the accuracy and safety of all pharmacy operations.
  • Strong teamwork capabilities, thriving in a collaborative work setting.
  • Computer literacy, comfortable with learning and utilizing various pharmacy software systems.
  • Outstanding communication traits, ability to problem-solve, and the initiative to adapt quickly in a bustling environment.
