About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Manager to join our team at Grosvenor. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in supporting the management of our rural estates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports, including management accounts, budgets, and forecasts.
    • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making.
  • Financial Planning and Control
    • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to achieve business objectives.
    • Monitor and control financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Financial Systems and Processes
    • Develop and maintain financial systems and processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
    • Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial data.
  • Leadership and Teamwork
    • Provide guidance and support to junior team members to ensure their development and success.
    • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.
Requirements
  • Qualifications
    • ACA qualified accountant with 2+ years of experience.
  • Skills
    • Highly numerate and logical with strong analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Attributes
