We're currently recruiting for a Restaurant Supervisor role in our Manor Farm Rainham Beefeater. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading and managing our Front of House team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Front of House team to achieve high standards of customer service.
- Act as a vital link between the kitchen and Front of House team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage and maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the restaurant.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service delivery and minimize wait times.
