Salary: £35,000 - £38,000
As a Restaurant Manager at Beefeater, you will play a pivotal role in the daily success and running of the restaurant. Your primary focus will be on creating a winning team and delivering exceptional service to our guests.
To achieve this, you will be responsible for:
- Team Development: Supporting the General Manager in the recruitment, induction, and onboarding of new team members.
- Leadership: Demonstrating your leadership skills with a hands-on approach and effective communication, engaging and motivating your team through pre-shift briefs.
- Performance Management: Driving high individual performance through regular one-to-ones and coaching, ensuring team members understand their goals.
