You will hold complete accountability for the store's performance, encompassing both financial outcomes and the guidance and encouragement of your team to excel and reach their maximum potential.

Your strategic planning skills and meticulous attention to detail will guarantee the efficient operation of the store, while your proactive mindset and business insight will drive further enhancements, ensuring that both customers and your team experience the Bravissimo standard.

Candidate Profile

We seek a highly organized and seasoned manager – a self-motivated individual with outstanding communication abilities and a strong customer-centric focus.

You will serve as a role model, motivating and nurturing your team to achieve their highest potential. With a passion for excellence and a proactive approach, you should welcome change and continuously pursue improvement, planning ahead effectively. Previous experience in retail management is crucial, although familiarity with the lingerie industry is not a prerequisite.
