The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of the hospitality landscape and a proven track record in designing and integrating sophisticated systems. Your role will be pivotal in steering digital innovation, enhancing operational productivity, and elevating guest satisfaction through advanced technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Formulate and uphold the enterprise architecture blueprint for the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.

2. Oversee the design and deployment of technological solutions, encompassing property management systems, revenue optimization tools, customer engagement platforms, and various operational systems.

3. Engage with stakeholders to ascertain business needs and devise technical solutions that address those requirements.

4. Guarantee the seamless integration of systems, applications, and data throughout the organization.

5. Establish and maintain technical standards, policies, and operational procedures.

6. Conduct periodic assessments of technology and propose enhancements.

7. Manage relationships with vendors and assess emerging technologies.

8. Lead a team of architects, engineers, and developers in the execution of technology initiatives.

9. Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

10. Remain informed about industry trends and the latest technological advancements.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise architecture, particularly within the hospitality sector.

2. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

3. Familiarity with hospitality operational systems, including PMS, RMS, and CRM.

4. Comprehensive understanding of software development life cycles, agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.

5. Exceptional communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

6. Experience with cloud technologies, data analytics, and cybersecurity measures.

7. Certification in enterprise architecture (e.g., TOGAF) or a related qualification.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with hospitality-specific technologies, such as hotel management software.

2. Knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and revenue management.

3. Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).

4. Understanding of data visualization tools and business intelligence solutions.
