Job Overview:

We are on the lookout for a proficient Facilities Maintenance Specialist to become a part of our team. In this capacity, you will be tasked with supervising the upkeep and functionality of our facilities. Collaborating closely with the Building and Event Operations Manager, you will ensure adherence to health and safety protocols while providing assistance for corporate and live events.

Core Responsibilities:

Facility Oversight:

  • Conduct routine evaluations and inspections of facility systems
  • Execute maintenance and repairs as necessary
  • Ensure compliance with mechanical and electrical regulations
  • Facilitate fire safety training for personnel

Team Engagement:

  • Assist in team development and recruitment efforts
  • Foster a supportive work atmosphere

Additional Duties:

  • Follow best practices and established processes
  • Support with other responsibilities as needed
Qualifications:
  • Personal vehicle required
  • Understanding of health and safety legislation
  • Electrical certifications
