We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Assistant to join our team at a reputable nursery in Haywards Heath. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education and care to children aged 3 months to 5 years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons and activities
  • Provide exceptional care and support to children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met
  • Contribute to a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that promotes children's growth and development
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and a cohesive approach to childcare
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • CACHE L2/L3 qualification in Early Years Education and Care
  • Experience working with children in a nursery or preschool setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Enhanced DBS clearance and eligibility to work in the UK
