About Us: Morson Talent collaborates with leading partners in the infrastructure sector, specializing in the design, construction, operation, financing, and maintenance of railway systems.
Role Overview: As a Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the engineering team throughout the construction phase until project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the Sub Agent and manage the site engineering team.
- Monitor and coordinate subcontractors to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Provide the team with up-to-date information and resources necessary for their tasks.
- Assist in the development of project schedules, progress reports, resource allocation, and financial forecasting.
Qualifications:
- HNC/Degree in Construction or Civil Engineering or equivalent, with a focus on achieving membership in a relevant professional institution.
- Proven knowledge and practical experience in Site Engineering activities, along with construction supervision capabilities.
- Experience in Structures, Highways, and/or Drainage is essential.
- Possession of SMSTS or SSSTS certification.
- Valid CSCS card (White, White/Yellow, Red-Experienced, Black-Manager, or Gold-Supervisor).
Additional Requirements: A full driving license is mandatory for this position.
