Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Design & Sales Consultant to join our team at Doran Kitchens & Home. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for qualifying and consulting with clients on their dream projects, creating fully costed concept designs, and presenting these designs to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify initial enquiry leads and meet with clients for initial consultations.
  • Create fully costed concept designs and present them to clients, discussing options and costs.
  • Work with clients through amendments to the concept design package and choose finishes, reaching the final sign-off stage.
  • Collaborate with our drafting and manufacturing teams on bespoke designs to ensure the vision sold to the client is achieved.

Requirements:

  • Experience in interiors, home, or kitchen design and/or sales.
  • CAD experience.

Desirable Qualities:

  • Kitchen industry experience.
  • Kitchen-specific CAD experience, particularly with Articad.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary based on experience, agreeable sales targets, and level of training required.
  • A set base rate plus on-target earnings/sales commission.
