Superdry is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Design Manager to lead our Menswear Design Team.

Reporting directly to the Head of Design & Development, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future direction of our menswear collections, ensuring they remain aligned with Superdry's core brand identity and resonate with our target audience.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Guiding your team to create compelling menswear ranges that embody the Superdry aesthetic and cater to current fashion trends.
  • Overseeing the development of two seasonal collections, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand standards.
  • Collaborating closely with key stakeholders across various departments to ensure seamless product development and execution.
  • Providing design direction, product development expertise, and branding guidance to your team.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of consumer trends and target audience preferences to inform design decisions.
  • Championing a positive and creative work environment that fosters innovation and collaboration within the team.

  • Proven experience in senior management roles within the fashion industry, specifically within menswear apparel.
  • A strong track record of leading and developing high-performing design teams.
