Position Overview:
We are seeking a Lead Mechanical Engineer to enhance our internal MEP self-delivery design and construction division.

This is a full-time, permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Lead Mechanical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of Mechanical Engineering within various projects.

Your daily responsibilities will encompass:
  • Ensuring that all activities are planned, sourced, and carried out safely, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
  • Evaluating and refining designs for safe and efficient construction, while implementing quality assurance measures to meet project specifications.
  • Managing change control processes, identifying risks and opportunities, and providing precise updates on project status and financials.
  • Leading and mentoring your team, establishing clear objectives, and collaborating to achieve project milestones.
  • Promoting an inclusive, diverse, and supportive work environment for your team members.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Significant experience as an Engineer with a solid understanding of Mechanical services and safety protocols.
  • Relevant certifications such as CSCS and SMSTS.
  • A proactive approach to learning and development, consistently seeking opportunities for professional growth.
