We are seeking a passionate team player to collaborate closely with a designated Conveyancer, assisting with a diverse array of daily responsibilities in a fast-paced and dynamic office setting.

Are you the ideal candidate?

  • Ability to effectively manage and prioritize your workload
  • Comfortable engaging with clients over the phone
  • Previous experience in conveyancing is preferred, although comprehensive in-house training will be provided
  • Familiarity with a case management system is advantageous, but not mandatory

What will your responsibilities entail?

In this client-facing role, you will need to excel in engaging with clients in person, over the phone, and via email. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Preparing contract packs for sale files
  • Addressing sale inquiries
  • Facilitating contract exchanges
  • Overseeing sale, purchase, and re-mortgage completions
  • Executing various other tasks related to the property transfer process
