Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Unit Manager - Non Clinical to join our team at Bupa Global. As a key member of our care home leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to residents and driving the operation and growth of our 24-hour business.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the delivery of high-quality care to residents in accordance with Bupa's Vision, Mission, and values.
- Implement all Bupa's detailed nursing and operational policies and procedures, ensuring full compliance with regulations and contractual requirements.
- Manage all staff costs, associated budgets, and occupancy within your area of the Care Home.
- Lead and manage a team of care staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of excellent care.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of care and services provided by the Care Home.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care and services.
- NVQ level 3 or above within Care.
- Experience of working in a residential unit to a minimum job level of Senior Care Assistant.
- Experience of effective team management.
- Good time management skills, ability to prioritize and organize workload appropriately.
- Computer literate with experience of using a variety of IT systems, i.e. Word, Excel, and Outlook.
