About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced professional to join our team as a Partner Designate. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial part in shaping the firm's strategy and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of high-value clients, providing expert advice on accounting, tax, and advisory services.
  • Contribute to the firm's strategic direction and drive business growth and development.
  • Develop and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to drive client success.
  • Lead, mentor, and support senior staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery across the team.
  • Collaborate with other Partners to set goals, identify growth opportunities, and drive business development.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting and tax regulations.

Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA qualified with significant experience in a senior leadership role within a UK accountancy practice.
  • Qualified by experience also considered.
  • A proven track record of managing a portfolio of high-value clients and delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with experience guiding senior staff to success.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a commercial mindset.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to drive business growth and development.
  • Deep knowledge of UK accounting and tax regulations.
