As a Partner Designate, you'll play a key part in shaping the firm's strategy and growth, while managing a portfolio of high-value clients and delivering expert advice across accounting, tax, and advisory services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a portfolio of high-value clients, offering expert advice and guidance to drive client success
  • Contribute to the firm's strategic direction and growth, identifying opportunities for business development and expansion
  • Develop and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and mentor to senior staff
  • Collaborate with other Partners to set goals, identify growth opportunities, and drive business development
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting and tax regulations

Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA qualified with significant experience in a senior leadership role within a UK accountancy practice
  • Qualified by experience also considered
  • Proven track record of managing a portfolio of high-value clients and delivering exceptional service
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with experience guiding senior staff to success
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a commercial mindset
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive business growth and development
  • Deep knowledge of UK accounting and tax regulations
