Key Responsibilities:

* Answer warm inbounds calls and follow up on qualified outbound opportunities to provide customers with tailored solutions
* Utilize your excellent communication skills to empathize with customers and build strong relationships
* Ask the right questions to identify customer needs and provide accurate recommendations
* Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences

* Competitive salary circa £28,500 (dependent on location, skills, and experience)
* Bonus opportunity - 8% of annual salary
