Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple refurbishment and fit-out projects on behalf of the end user.

  1. Manage and coordinate all operational aspects of projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets.
  2. Lead and mentor project teams, including site managers, contractors, and administrative staff, to achieve project goals.
  3. Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, and ensure adherence to all regulatory and safety standards.
  4. Liaise with stakeholders, including local authorities and community groups, to address concerns and ensure positive outcomes.
  5. Prepare and present detailed reports on project status to senior management and stakeholders.
  6. Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management within the construction industry.
  2. Proven track record of successfully managing high-quality projects.
