Responsibilities as a Server

  • Partake in training in the cooking technique of Yakiniku.
  • Ensure the highest levels of service are consistently provided.
  • Ensure all opening and closing duties are completed correctly and to the standard set out.
  • Ensure effective and engaging daily briefings before each service.
  • Build guest loyalty by constantly building knowledge on restaurants' offerings to provide individual and engaging service at all times.
  • Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to help achieve the weekly revenue and profit targets.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures throughout the venue, including health & safety and food safety procedures.
  • Deliver ad-hoc tasks as required by the Senior Management.

Requirements and Skills for a Server

  • Have previous experience in a similar setting.
  • Must be comfortable working with meat.
  • Have previous experience of delivering quality food service along with extensive knowledge and passion for the industry.
  • Availability to work nights and weekends.
  • Committed to your own personal development.
