About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Server to join our team at The Savoy. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that every dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a 5-star service experience to our guests, exceeding their expectations and creating a loyal customer base.
  • Advise guests on our food and beverage offerings, providing expert knowledge and recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless service delivery, maintaining high standards and attention to detail.
  • Upsell and promote our menu items, increasing revenue and driving business growth.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our menu, ingredients, and preparation methods, enabling you to provide expert advice and recommendations to guests.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of serving or hosting experience in a luxury hospitality environment.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues alike.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, remaining calm and composed in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the hotel's operational needs.
  • Good knowledge of spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
