Position: Junior Fire Safety Engineer

Bureau Veritas is seeking a motivated graduate to become part of our team of leading professionals, delivering exceptional technical support and innovative solutions to a varied clientele.
The position entails offering comprehensive fire safety engineering services throughout all phases of building design, construction, and operation, ensuring adherence to current standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Cultivate and sustain strong industry relationships and insights regarding fire safety engineering projects and opportunities. Provide expert technical advice and support in critical areas within proposals and tenders. Oversee fire safety engineering projects across multiple sectors, managing project teams, timelines, and budgets. Maintain effective communication with clients, design teams, and regulatory bodies. Participate in meetings as necessary, updating project statuses and adjusting delivery models and schedules as needed. Review technical project documentation to formulate fire safety strategies and provide ongoing support from initial concept to final completion. Conduct fire safety analyses, including radiation, smoke modeling, structural assessments, and third-party reviews. Provide design and construction support, including site visits as required. Develop, analyze, review, and distribute reports.Candidate Qualifications:
A degree in Fire Safety Engineering or a related engineering discipline. A Master's degree in Fire Safety Engineering or Engineering is advantageous. Strong communication abilities. Capacity to prioritize tasks effectively. Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills. Strong analytical skills and proficient report writing capabilities. Proficient in standard IT applications (e.g., Word, Excel). Committed to enhancing performance and employing innovative approaches to achieve goals. Valid UK Driving License.Bureau Veritas Offers:
