Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Agile Product Owner to join our team at Solus Accident Repair Centres. As a key member of our business, you will be responsible for driving financial performance and improving business outcomes through strategic planning and execution.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to shape the business strategy and develop a deep understanding of Agile values and principles.
  • Maximise, manage, and maintain the Hub product, Roadmap, and Backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to refine requirements and develop acceptance criteria.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to the development team and support the demonstration of production and tracking of standard Agile metrics.
  • Liaise with stakeholders and third-parties to generate ideas and drive change, while maintaining a decisive and experimental approach.
  • Prioritise tasks and deliveries for the team, maximising value and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications
  • Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to synthesise complex information and produce clear, concise reporting for senior stakeholders.
  • Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Embracing and managing change, with a positive approach to problem-solving and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong relationship building and senior stakeholder management ability.
