Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled FIX Analyst to join our team at TP ICAP. As a key member of our client on-boarding team, you will be responsible for managing the complete external customer FIX API on-boarding process, from establishing customer contacts to coordinating solution requirements and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with our client base to on-board new clients and vendors to our trading platforms across multiple business lines.
• Provide first and second-line support for FIX API issues, including hands-on problem management and ownership of client-facing API issues.
• Log and track technical issues using ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolution and meeting response time and resolution time objectives.
• Collaborate with colleagues and internal IT departments to provide users with status updates and ensure seamless communication.
• Stay up-to-date with new software releases and coordinate customer and internal FIX API upgrades, cutovers, and new releases.

Requirements

• University degree or diploma in Computer Science or a related field, or minimum of 2 years of experience in an Application Support/Help Desk role.
• Experience in a customer services environment, preferably within an investment banking organization.
• Strong client relationship management skills and ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with our client base.
• Proficiency in using best practice IT Service Management tools, such as ServiceNow, and experience with ITIL v3 foundation or equivalent ITSM qualification.
• Familiarity with software running on Windows and Unix/Linux OS's.
