Job Overview

As a key member of the ISL Talent team, the Head of Project Delivery will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions to our customers. This role requires a proactive and customer-focused individual who can identify and fill gaps to ensure seamless customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee customer onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to successful platform adoption.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing all interactions and addressing queries during the onboarding process.
  • Develop comprehensive onboarding plans, aligning activities with customer success and retention goals.
  • Oversee integration setups, identifying and resolving any feature gaps or issues.
  • Monitor and report on onboarding progress, coordinating internal delivery teams and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Drive early adopter activation and manage user queries and issues effectively.
  • Continuously optimize onboarding processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project managing the implementation of SaaS technologies with large-scale, complex enterprise customers.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead the customer relationship and manage the end-to-end onboarding experience.
  • Ability to successfully deliver concurrent and varied projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in shaping and delivering tech, process, and business change solutions.
  • Business and process change management principles and methodologies.
  • Facilitation skills, with the ability to extract current and future state positions.
  • Highly effective communication and influencing skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills, with a focus on creating and maintaining efficiency and continuous improvement.
